Award-winning Prosecco bursting with aromas of melon, yellow flowers and pear drop candy
This floral Prosecco comes from the east bank of the Piave river, in the very heart of the Treviso sub-zone. Thanks to its light and vibrant character with nuances of honeyed fruit, this wine may be enjoyed as a quintessential aperitif or paired with light desserts.
Winemaking
The Glera grapes are hand-harvested in the middle of September. After a soft pressing, the juice is fermented in the autoclave to produce still wine. After the first fermentation is finished, a precise amount of yeast and sugar is added to start the second fermentation creating the delicate bubble. (Read our guide on where Prosecco comes from and how it is made.)
Tasting notes
Bright, attractive flavours of cantaloupe melon and pear, with a floral nose of honeysuckle and daffodil. Ripe yellow apple and banana on the palate, with a lively note of sweet pear drop candy.
