This authentic Rioja is a blend of three grape varieties:
- 85% Tempranillo
- 10% Garnacha
- 5% Graciano
Each varietal used in this delicious wine is processed separately. After grapes are collected by hand and delicately pressed, the alcoholic fermentation starts. It is very respectful to the grape thanks to the Ganymede technology of fermentation used at the winery.
Grapes of each variety ferment in small-capacity stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C. Next, each varietal is aged for 18 months in American Oak barrels between 1 and 2 years of age.
After aging, the three are blended together and the Rioja-to-be is bottled. It will age for another 6 months in bottles before it becomes the ultimate Crianza that is ready to be sold on the market.
